Free delivery

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere we deliver in Pakistan. There is no minimum order value.

Order confirmation

Every Cash on Delivery order is confirmed before dispatch. You will first get an automated call asking you to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel, and our team may call you after that. Please keep your phone available.

Dispatch and delivery time

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by messaging us on WhatsApp, as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Returns

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Send your order number and clear photos or a video on WhatsApp and wait for our approval before sending any parcel. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Refunds and exchanges

When we receive the returned product and confirm the problem, we process your refund or offer an exchange where the item is available.
